What happens next
- We receive your message — once you tap Send in WhatsApp (or we read your email).
- A real person replies — usually within a few hours on weekdays, often faster on WhatsApp.
- Your appointment is confirmed — date, access notes, and payment (if needed) are agreed directly with you.
- After the visit — your certificate is lodged on the official register; we send confirmation when it's done.
