PropBeaver is a booking service for landlords and property managers across Greater London. We coordinate Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Gas Safety Records (CP12), and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) through our network of accredited assessors and engineers.

Our network

We work with accredited energy assessors, Gas Safe registered engineers, and qualified electricians. PropBeaver coordinates bookings and communication — visits are carried out by independent professionals on our network.
